Today is Auntie Dulce's birthday, we bought a chocolate fudge cake for her. It's from the cake shop outside Bukit Merah NTUC near papa's office, very rich taste, highly recommended.Matty had a great time setting up the cake, and even "helped" to blow the candles....makes you wonder who's birthday it is.....
Today is my first test, made an appointment with Dr Chan KY of Mt Alvenia, my PD. I weigh 2.5Kg now, and doctor say I am doing very well, can go home. 二哥not so lucky, Doctor poke a needle (18 mths jab) into his backside, think he too naughty.
Yeah!!! We are going home! Doctor Yeo came to check Mummy early this morning and declared that we can go home. Papa settled the bills and we head for 妈咪阿嬷 house where we will be doing our confinement.
Papa's colleague came to visit us today, aunties Wendy and Pauline, Uncles Han Kiong, Jason and Gavin. Auntie Pauline looks like she has just taken a shot of Tequila before she came. =P
大哥 and 二哥 came with 妈咪阿嬷 later in the evening. 二哥 seems very excited and really has a great day out in the medical centre. 小姑 and 小姑丈 also came, but din get to see them as 恩恩 was having her milk in the nursery.
Our last guests of the day is 大哥's 干爹 and 干妈. Belinda 姐姐 came too.
Today is a very important date, mummy get her hair washed first thing in the morning (cos cannot wash for the next 1 week, hehehe) and went to the salon to get it blown 美美. We arrived at Thompson Medical Centre at about 11am, all ready to welcome our little princess Chloe.
The nurses pushed mummy into the delivery suite at 1230pm, and papa was left waiting at the family lounge. At 1315hrs, the intercom buzzed for papa, and I hurried to the delivery suite. Over there, I was greeted with the sweetest smile in my life, and 恩恩 open her eyes and greeted me. The nurse then asked me to sign a few forms (dun really know what forms) and get the vital statistics measured. Chloe weighs 2.44kg, petite and pretty. She manage to chat with papa for a good 5 minutes before we bring her up to the baby room.
My first visitors came in the evening, which is 妈咪阿嬷 and 哥哥. Somehow, I feel that 哥哥 is here for the sandwich vending machine. 大姑 and family also came, we mamager to sneak Chloe out for 2 minutes for a quite shootout. 二舅公 and 二舅婆 also visited 恩恩, but it was too late for visitors.
